Add Comments

When you receive or send a PDF document, you can add comments to the document. Comments are a handy way to communicate among team members or clients. Comments are readily accessible in the Comments panel and can easily be added with the click of a mouse. You can add sticky notes or audio comments, or create comments in text boxes.

Note If the document you’re viewing is part of a review, you can display any changes made to an annotation created with a commenting tool. To do so, select the comment, right-click and choose Properties from the context menu. After the comment’s Properties dialog box appears, click the Review History panel to view a list of any changes to the document.
