The Communications Program
The first meeting in a two-way communication program of this type is a meeting of department employees conducted by the department supervisor. Its agenda is similar to the following:
Overview of survey results for the company
Questions and discussion of overall survey results
Review of survey results that apply to the department
Questions and discussion of department results
Identification of areas of needed improvements that can be addressed at the department level
Establishment of objectives of improvement based on survey results
Assignments of responsibilities for implementing objectives
At the meeting, a time is established for a follow-up session to review progress in fulfilling the objectives.
