Manufacturing Company Report

The following is a report written to all employees of a southeastern manufacturing company. It was signed by the company's president and mailed to each employee at home. It addresses each dimension, first reporting survey results and then a company response. This was the second employee opinion survey conducted by this company.

As with the previous example, it appears as used by the company as a base for two-way communication.
