First Report

The first report is for a small New England HMO. It describes the results from the survey that was earlier supplied as a sample (Chapter 9).

The company was only six years old at the time of the survey. The results reflect the conditions and programs of that company at that time. The entire report consisted of 168 pages of statistics, 110 pages of written comments, and an executive summary. Only the executive summary is supplied in this chapter.

There was a separate page of statistics for each question on the survey. Each question was restated, followed by the percentages of employees responding positively, neutrally, and negatively to the question. The same percentages were shown for the demographic groups. All were shown in a table ...
