Locating External Assistance
Most large consulting firms either provide employee opinion surveys or can recommend a firm or individual who does. Many independent consultants also provide surveys, but they can be more difficult to locate. Some industrial psychologists also perform such services.
The following are sources for such services (listed in no particular order):
Industry Associations. Many of these associations can provide information on firms that have conducted surveys for other companies in your industry. Some associations even recommend firms or offer the service.
