Using the above as guidelines, you want to review the initial survey tabulation to identify what additional information is required. The areas to review are:
Changes from prior surveys
Responses that conflict or are inconsistent
Differences with any external results
Written comments that refer to unidentified factors
Tabulators' comments
Areas receiving exceptionally negative responses
