In your preparation, you allowed time for make-up surveys, but there are also some administrative actions to consider.

Some companies contact any employee it knows did not participate in a survey. Some form of communication (memo, voice mail, telephone call, or e-mail) is sent at the conclusion of the survey period. It tells the employee of the make-up procedure and restates the importance of having input from all employees.
