A Word of Caution

A study was conducted by a Michigan university to determine what areas should be included in a standard employee opinion survey it was planning to publish. Questionnaires were sent to 100 executives. Seventy-four were returned. In total, there were 322 different areas described, but there were only 7 that could be said to have any consistently significant rating.
