Initial Employee Communication

Shortly after communicating to management, a communication should be made to all employees. Again, use the normal media for communicating to them such as the employee newsletter, department meetings, e-mails, and memos. For example, a memo might say:

To all employees:During October a survey of all employees will be conductedto obtain opinions of working conditions at our company. Allof you will be asked to participate, and after tabulation, theresults will be communicated throughout the company.During the next month, information will be collected to identifythe areas to survey. You may be asked to participate in a meetingor complete a questionnaire. If you are, your participation willassist in making the survey representative of our company. ...
