What to Survey

Having determined why you wish to conduct a survey, the logical next step is to determine what to survey. For what areas do you want to know employees' opinions? Most often, you will be considering the various conditions of employment at your company. Other times, you may only have a single area or very limited number of areas to survey. For example, perhaps if you are interested in obtaining employee perceptions regarding a new facility, that may be the only area for which you are seeking information.
