SUBMODALITY CHANGES

The techniques in Chapter 10 involve changing the submodalities of internal images, sounds and feelings. Clients can change the way they experience these in an almost infinite number of ways. The list below is a compilation of the ways I have found most useful over the years, but it is not exhaustive. Once clients have got the point that they can tinker with their own internal representations, you can ask them how they would like to change these things, and they will often come up with very creative ways.
