SIXTEEN HALLMARKS OF A GREAT NLP COACH

  1. Curiosity – Every client is unique, and being allowed to enter their personal work is both an honour and fascinating.
  2. Rapport – The ability to create and sustain it.
  3. Confidence in yourself and in your ability to establish credibility – Belief in the value and power of your own presence.
  4. Confidence in the client – The belief that the client has the ability to resolve their own issues and that the coach’s essential job is to facilitate this, without undue interference.
