STUDYING NLP

Although I have attempted to make this book as accessible as possible (try reading some other NLP books!), I genuinely believe that NLP is essentially an experiential subject. An NLP book, however good, is always going to be a bit like a cookery book – the actual cooking is much more fun. However, I hope that the material in this book will provide enough information for you to get familiar with the processes and understand the basic philosophy and mindset of NLP.

If you can attend some NLP training, I strongly suggest you do; and if you do, I suggest that you attend one of the longer courses, typically 130 hours of contact training for NLP practitioners spread out over time. This is the approach I use, as it gives students ...
