QUESTIONS THAT CHANGE BELIEFS

This chapter covers one of the most powerful tools for NLP coaches, the Meta Model. This gives the coach a comprehensive questioning methodology: the client uses specific words that alert you to the possibility of a limiting belief that they hold about themselves or the world, and you have a range of questions you can use to challenge that belief.

Using this model effectively and easily, you can learn a huge amount about the client and – most important of all – help the client rid themselves of all kinds of unhelpful ideas.
