12What’s new in CS6
ADOBE FLASH CS6 introduces some new animation features geared towards game development. The most notable new feature is the Sprite Sheet Generator which allows you to quickly and easily create a sprite sheet from a symbol containing an animation. Another great new feature is the CreateJS extension that exports your Flash animation to the HTML5 /Canvas platform.
This chapter is a brief overview of some of these new CS6 features. To evaluate Flash CS6 for yourself, I recommend downloading the trial version and seeing first hand if CS6 is right for you.
