MONEY ISN’T THE ONLY ADULT REPORT CARD

Enjoying the Spirit of Abundance That Network Marketing Allows

Ever since I can remember, I have thought about what it would be like when the time came for me to retire and spend more time with Shelby. Of course, people tend to consider this fairly marginal even when they’re younger; they’re convinced at that age that retirement will never come. It’s just human nature.

Yet here I am now, 66 years old and still not retired. Why? Because I’m enjoying the pursuit of owning my own business and watching myself and others benefit from it. I am in fact convinced now that I may never retire, because I’ve found that life can be such a joy when you have enough money to support your lifestyle but still be involved in—and contributing to—a worthy cause.

As I have aged, I have changed my definition of retirement to “doing what I want to do, when I want to do it!” That’s my personal preference for retirement—and the network marketing model allows anyone who wants to get involved to experience exactly what I’m experiencing.

I worked for McKesson Drug Company—a venerable organization—founded in 1832—for the first 26 years of my career. I began as a part-time truck driver, at age 22, delivering drugs to pharmacies and hospitals in Ogden, Utah.
