Chapter 2. MASTER YOUR PRIORITIES

Nothing is more important in your quest to become a Time Master than prioritizing wisely. In order to plan your time and projects to get maximum control, you need to continually make choices about what to do first and next, and where to spend your time to the best effect.

While this may seem obvious, even clichéd, my experience and observation indicate that only around 20% of the average work day is spent on valuable activities, while 80% is spent on things that have little or no value.

Some people wake up and launch themselves into their day at home, work or the office with no real plan or idea at all of what they will do. They live life by chance rather than by intent!
