Edgar Mumble looked at the feedback forms from his audience and scratched his head. Then he frowned. ‘Pah! How dare they say my talk was boring?’ he scoffed. ‘What do these people know anyway? I’ve studied this subject for 15 years. They were begging me to do the talk. They clearly haven’t got a clue.’

Edgar looked around the office to see if anyone was looking and slid the feedback sheets into the bin.
