Developing team synergy

In high-performing teams two plus two equals five. That is, the sum of the team as a whole is greater than the individual components. This is team synergy. There is no single, magic ingredient that will enable a team to work synergistically, but there are a number of actions brilliant leaders can take that will help to improve teamworking and maximise their collective performance.
