You could probably write your own book, or at least a chapter, on the life lessons you’ve picked up over the years: from the big ‘If it doesn’t kill you, it’ll make you stronger’ moments to the things that seemed insignificant at the time but lead to amazing changes in your life. It’s worth reflecting on these, as it makes you more conscious of them and, as new life lessons come along, you’ll be more aware of them occurring at the time.
