Chapter 4. Powering On and Powering Off

WINDOWS is there at the beginning, and it’s there at the end. In computer terms, this means that Windows is involved with both the power on and power off processes. It helps manage your computer when you turn it on, and it makes sure that everything is properly closed and safely put away when you turn your computer off.
