Get the Spot Removal tool (B), and then in the panel on the right, turn on the Visualize Spots checkbox. The image will turn into a black-and-white line drawing (well, it kind of looks like that anyway). Now, drag the Visualize Spots slider back and forth until any spots, specks, or dust are very clear to see—they appear in white against a black background, like the sky, or in black against a white background in brighter areas.
