Go under the File menu, under Automate, and choose Photomerge. In the resulting dialog (seen above right), click on the Browse button and find the individual images you want to combine into one single panoramic image, click Open, and then click OK. As long as you overlapped each individual image by 20% when you took the shots, Photoshop will combine them into a seamless pano.
