VIDEO is nothing new. We grew up with Howdy Doody, Gilligan, and Teletubbies. In many households, the camcorder has replaced the still camera as the memory-catcher of choice. So, why does video’s arrival on PCs seem like such a big deal? It’s precisely because video in more traditional forms has become so much a part of our lives.
