About the Author

LYNDA GRATTON is professor of management practice at London Business School, where she directs the school’s executive program, Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations. Over the past two decades, Gratton has led two major research consortiums linking academics with executives. The first, launched in 1995, was the Leading Edge Research Consortium (http://www.london.edu/lerc), a major research initiative involving companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Citibank.
