This book on ‘Hospital Management: Text and Cases’ is based on my experience in teaching this subject at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), over the last 12 years.

At IIMA, we have been offering a one-week Executive Development Programme on Hospital Management since 2001, which is attended by senior managers and administrators from medium to large hospitals, both from India and abroad.
