I'll keep it brief; I've said most of what I need to say in other books by now. Thanks first to Brian Jepson, the editor who took on this project with little understanding of what a pain I am to work with. Without Brian, I'd still be piddling away on this book, and probably be very frustrated. Rael Dornfest turned out to be a Really Cool Guy⢠and someone who is great fun to argue with.
