Network Entertainment Centers: Spreading the Fun Around the House

One of the first entertainment options you might want to consider is setting up an unused (or underused) PC as a network entertainment center. Basically, this is simply a PC that you'll use as a central storage and distribution point for music, photos, video, and so on. Figure 9-1 gives you an idea of how this might look in your home.
