Facilitating Stakeholder Involvement

Two crucial roles for a project’s stakeholders, then, are early input and regular feedback. How can these activities be facilitated within an organization? For some shops, this in-house recruitment can represent a big change, especially if management and business partners have hitherto shown little interest in being involved. The key is to communicate the necessity of this involvement not from a project level but from an executive level, and to then wed it to the shop’s definition of project success.
