James R. Persse is the managing partner of Altair Solutions, Inc. He holds a doctoral degree in Information Technology Management and has over 20 years experience in the fields of technology systems design and process improvement. Dr. Persse is an SEI-authorized CMMI Instructor, a certified Six Sigma professional, and an ISO 9001:2000 auditor. His practice specializes in helping Fortune 500 IT shops select, design, and implement process improvement programs in the fields of project management, systems engineering, software engineering, integrated product and process development, and supplier management.
