Part 2: Source and Select Candidates to Interview

You’ve defined your strategy, analyzed the job, and created the job description. Now it’s time to choose how to source candidates, so that you can write advertisements and review résumés.

If you’d like to measure how well you’re doing, use the following three steps to measure your various recruiting strategies:

  1. Build a table with five columns, see “Track Your Recruiting Strategy Success” below.
  2. As you use a new recruiting strategy and receive résumés, add that strategy to the table.
