The present 2nd English edition of the book with the shortened title “High-Voltage Test Techniques” is a completely revised and enlarged edition of the book “Introduction to High-Voltage Experimental Techniques”, which has acquired in many countries a firm place especially in the training of students of Electrical Engineering. The original German edition has been translated into English, Chinese, Turkish, Indonesian and Persian languages. The present revision, undertaken jointly by two authors, takes into account not only the latest international developments in High-Voltage and Measurement Technology, but addresses, more than its predecessor, engineers of the testing field.
