The Sting Starts

The sting operation started up with the help of a CI who I will refer to as Will to protect his identity. Will told his[2] buddies that Celco 51 was a new bulletin board where they could meet to trade information and hacking tools. He was good, and the board quickly started to attract hackers with aliases such as Mmind, LED, Alpha Bits and Chillin. They started exchanging tools and techniques on hacking cell phones, credit cards, and computer networks. This swapping of information was not illegal, so they had yet to commit a crime, but it was not the best place for them to meet.
