2. CBBI Questions

The CBBI Questions are the second section found in the Interview Guide. These are the pages that contain the CBBI competencies and questions. There should be one page for each competency, allowing sufficient room for the interviewer to make appropriate interview notes.

It is not required, but it is strongly recommended that the STAR process be incorporated into the CBBI-Questions section. Because CBBI focuses on real-world experience, it is important to get all the facts relevant to the situation the candidate is presenting. The STAR process, as illustrated in Figure 6-3, guides the interviewer to do this.
