1. CBBI questions are time consuming to develop.
Yes, it will take a little time to develop the competencies, define them, select and customize the CBBI questions, and develop the rating scales. However, until the job changes, this will not need to be done again. Even when the job changes, it becomes a matter of tweaking rather than redoing everything.
