Objections to CBBI

As with everything, there are people who have specific objections to this type of interviewing. Let’s deal with the primary concerns one by one.

1. CBBI questions are time consuming to develop.

Yes, it will take a little time to develop the competencies, define them, select and customize the CBBI questions, and develop the rating scales.
