As organisations set up more and more project teams to tackle corporate problem areas, we need to be able to differentiate between the career-enhancing projects and those that should be avoided like the plague.
The same goes for the jobs we hold. Some will set us fair for a place on the board while others might poison our career. The trick is to know which is which.
