An interviewer can legitimately quote anything in your CV back at you. So, I suggest you use the name you want to be called by.

Your wife calls you Bob. Your work colleagues call you Bob. All your mates down the pub call you Bob. This would obviously be a tad galling if your name is Richard, but let’s assume your name really is Bob.
