Steve Browne’s Personal Summary
With every new format, conversion, or dramatic change in technology, there are those who drag their feet, and these are the people who get left behind, complain about the good old days, and do not accept the new order of things. Just as there were individuals who bemoaned the advent of talking pictures, color film, stereo audio, and premium cable channels, some people just do not want to leave the comfort of a 4 × 3 low-quality single frame rate video format. But technology marches on, and that march is becoming faster and faster. Who would have thought that millions of people would actually pay for satellite radio? Those who ignore reality hide their heads in the sand.
