The CD included with this book contains selected items from within the chapters and a blank version of the System Hardware Availability and Reliability Calculator, or SHARC, spreadsheet. The SHARC spreadsheet included has slightly reduced features compared to the Cisco Systems, Inc., SHARC spreadsheet. You are permitted to use the SHARC spreadsheet for the purposes of learning the materials in this book. Additionally, you can use the SHARC spreadsheet to analyze your own networks.
