About the Author

Luke Sullivan is a veteran copywriter with 33 years of experience in the business at some of America's most elite agencies, The Martin Agency, GSD&M, and Fallon. He has more than 20 medals to his credit in the prestigious One Show (the Oscars of the ad business), and was included in Business Insider's list of “15 Most Important Marketing Strategy Thinkers.” He is currently a professor of advertising at the Savannah College of Art & Design.

Edward Boches was a partner and chief creative officer at Boston-based Mullen for 31 award-winning years. During his tenure as its chief innovation officer, Fast Company magazine named Mullen as one of the most innovative marketing firms in America. One of the industry's earliest advocates of digital technology and social media, Boches is now a recognized expert and professor of advertising at Boston University's College of Communication.
