About the Authors
Anthony (Tony) K. Tjan is CEO and Managing Partner of The Cue Ball Group, a venture capital firm based in Boston. Most recently, Tony was Senior Partner with The Parthenon Group, a leading strategic advisory firm, where he remains Vice Chairman. He also served as a long-standing special strategic advisor to the former CEO of The Thomson Corporation, Richard Harrington. In 1996, Tony founded and was CEO of the Internet services firm ZEFER (now an NEC subsidiary), which grew to more than $100 million in annual revenues as a pioneer in commercial Web initiatives.
