About the Subject Adviser

ROBERT D. AUSTIN is a member of the Technology and Operations Management faculty at the Harvard Business School. His extensive experience managing real projects came as an executive in a new business being created by a prominent technology firm, and also during ten years at the Ford Motor Company.

Professor Austin’s research focuses on management of nonrepetitive, knowledge-intensive activities and on information technology management.
