On clicking Create Skill, we are navigated to the page where we can name and supply the basic details about the skill. We name our skill Lets Poll and use the template of Custom Skill to get started:
We are then presented with options to select a template to build the skill on. We choose to build the skill from scratch:
When the Choose button is pressed, we are navigated to the screen where we have to do the bulk of the configuration:
