NAT gateway

Now that we have created public and private subnets, let's associate a NAT gateway to it. There are two steps to do so:

Creation of Elastic IPs
Creation of Nat Gateway and association of the EIPs to it

Because we have only a single public Subnet, it is sufficient to create only one EIP and associate it with one NAT gateway.
