Podcasting and video blogging are natural extensions of the text-based weblog.
Weblogs, or blogs, have grown from a convenient web-page updating tool to a vast cultural phenomenon. There isn’t an old-media outlet—newspapers, television, magazines, you name it—that hasn’t come up with some sort of “blogging strategy” in response to their popularity.
