Scaling up your App Service 

To scale up a service means that you add more resources to the infrastructure it is running on: CPU, memory, disk, network bandwidth, and so on. This is also known as vertical scaling. The resources that your App Service is running on are represented by the App Service plan that you created in Chapter 15Deploying to Microsoft Azure. At any point, you can change your App Service plan and increase or decrease the resources that your service runs on.

In the App Service menu on the left, click on the Scale up (App Service plan) menu item to select the service plan that best suits your needs:
