Summary

This chapter's brief example was meant to introduce the reader to the matter of the Markovian models, especially the HMMs. Keep in mind that this broader class of models has applications in several distinct fields, from traditional ones to the newest.

A single chapter dedicated to the HMM might be too small to contain the vast world within Markov and the reader may feel as if it has gone too fast. Nonetheless, I encourage you to keep studying this subject because such models encounter great acceptance, both among scholars and businessmen.

Over the next chapter, we will be learning about data visualization and ways to improve plots, retrieve data, and prepare data. Go through the quiz before advancing into the chapter ahead.
