2. Automation is a process where you enable an action to be done automatically via a script or some kind of action. 
3. It is important to open communication between departments in order to find manual processes.
4. Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
5. Automation scripts are useful because they help automate manual tasks.
6. A company intranet can help empower other departments share information and link disconnected information.
7. Other departments should share data because it helps bridge information across departments and increases the chances of using data in interesting ways.
