Asking for feedback on development practices

Communication among team members is critical for the long-term success of a team. Developers should not be afraid to ask for feedback on why things are done in a particular way and it is important to create a healthy environment where constructive criticism is welcomed. Team members can become complacent about team processes and may miss out on opportunities to optimize processes.
