Manual integration builds

Running an integration build manually is an approach to reducing integration build errors if there is a long-running feature that will be difficult to run on a CI server—but use such techniques sparingly. For example, you could designate a machine that is not being used to do a manual integration task; although, with the cloud, it is now easier than ever to just spin up a server instance on demand.
